The Learjet Journey | Bombardier Learjet
Bombardier Learjet Employee Recruitment Video Relies on What Actual Employees Have to Say
Delivering World-Class, Best-in-Class Products
This video introduced you to the professionals designing, building, testing and flying these legendary aircraft. We’ve always loved this video because of its authenticity. These are actual Bombardier Learjet employees speaking unscripted, unprompted lines. But to get real people looking this natural on camera, well, that takes effort. Fortunately, Sonia Greteman, acting as the shoot’s art director, is a pro at getting folks to relax, show their personality and speak from the heart. And they did. Explaining how the journey to excellence takes out waste and adds value. Why safety is among the first words heard every day. And how employees exemplify the attitude: “Your problem is my problem.”
We accomplished this shoot in one, packed, sun-up-to-sundown day. It was a blast working with this engaged, energized team.
“For businesses focused on achieving excellence, turning to Greteman Group is an easy decision.”

Clover House | Saint Francis Foundation
Video Direction Sets the Scene for Life-Changing New Program Supporting Victims of Sex Trafficking
One of Saint Francis’s most life-changing efforts is Clover House, which provides housing and support to victims of sex trafficking. Before the girls – ages 12 to 17 – moved in, it was blessed as a sacred space. We captured the event on video to use in donor outreach. A key challenge: we could not videotape the girls. To create an emotional connection, we showcased one of the priests not only blessing each room of the house, but adding little welcoming touches to the space – from putting a bowl of fruit on a table to smoothing a bedspread. You can almost feel the anticipation. And the love.

Nonprofit Video Production Emphasizes Storytelling for The Saint Francis Foundation
The 2017 Consortium of Endowed Episcopal Parishes Conference provided an excellent national platform for introducing Saint Francis to a select, valued audience. Saint Francis kicked off this prestigious event with a 15-minute presentation at the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C. We assisted Saint Francis’s CEO, president and a board member with their presentations and created a video that communicates how Saint Francis puts the gospel in action. How it works the system to make the impossible possible. When the Very Reverend Robert Nelson Smith called on audience of priests to pray and then get their hands dirty – he handed out gloves to reinforce the let’s-get-to-work message. The glove wraparound did double duty as a brochure, with program and contact information. The video played at Saint Francis’ booth throughout the three-day CEEP event. Attendees came up to the Saint Francis team with overwhelmingly positive comments. Some had tears in their eyes. A common comment: “I had no idea about the amazing work you do or your impact.”
