For more than 50 years, Clay Lacy Aviation has proven itself time and time again as the world’s most experienced operator of private aircraft. The company manages, maintains and operates a fleet of charter aircraft, serving Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, professional athletes and more.
In 2019, Clay Lacy Aviation wanted to expand their outreach to grow brand awareness and drive lead generation in new and existing regions. They contacted Greteman Group because of our more than 30 years’ experience in business aviation marketing solutions. Together, we’re developing content specific to each of Clay Lacy Aviation’s business units – aircraft management, charter, maintenance and FBO services – and deploying a content strategy across the company’s advertising, Insights blog, public relations and social channels.
Social media management and marketing were top of mind for Clay Lacy Aviation when they named Greteman Group agency of record in 2019. They wanted to elevate their organic social presence, sponsor posts for the best return and generate engagement across their four active platforms: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.
We worked closely with the in-house marketing team to develop and implement an organic social media marketing strategy to activate an audience of approximately 16,800 users — and then grew it by more than 13% in just six months. To date, Clay Lacy Aviation’s social audience continues to grow, boasting a 67% increase since Greteman Group took over its full service social media management.
Clay Lacy Aviation is not just a West Coast jet charter company – and they wanted the world to know it. We developed and implemented content, emails and marketing landing pages designed to highlight the company’s national footprint and global reach.
We first introduced Clay Lacy Aviation in the Northeast, where they offer the familiar, legendary business aviation services they’re famous for in California. Next, our efforts traveled south to highlight the company’s presence and superb aircraft placement in southern Florida. Future markets are on the horizon and will feature the launch strategies we’ve tried and tested on the East Coast.
Clay Lacy Aviation came to Greteman Group with an impressive library of educational and entertaining content – from “How to Fly on a Private Jet” to “Choosing an Aircraft Management Company.” Articles highlighted each of their business units as well as what made the company unique. Greteman Group stepped in to expand that library by creating content designed to answer questions outlined by the company’s sales and service professionals, such as “What affects the price of a charter jet flight?” and “What aircraft management solutions best fit my needs?”
Beyond Insights articles to fuel the blogroll, Greteman Group also develops and deploys case studies, email drip campaigns and videos. Each piece of content is measured against benchmarks set and reset after exceeding them each year.
