Royal Caribbean Cruises sailed into Wichita in 1997, and we’ve provided all sorts of support ever since. New facility openings and relocations. Health and wellness HR events. Employee web portals. Naming and more. Our support began by introducing Royal Caribbean to Wichita when it opened a global call center here, its first outside of Miami. We worked directly with the neighborhood; managed community, VIP and media events; and secured coverage on all the leading TV, radio and newspaper outlets. Today, the center handles the bulk of the company’s millions of yearly reservation calls.
I’m glad we had the good sense to put down our anchor at Greteman Group when we sailed into Wichita.RUSS BOGUE

We’ve developed multiple HR campaigns to encourage eating right, moving more, reducing stress and stopping smoking. Basically, promoting living balanced, happy, healthy lives. “Wellness Works” and “Fit4Life” aren’t simply campaigns. They’re labors of love. Because when you feel better, you can do more and quite possibly live longer.
Our initial outreach included planning and coordination for multiple grand-opening events: VIP, media, neighborhood and staff. We created a die-cut, Caribbean-inspired passport invitation that could be stamped for drawings, including free cruises. Designed a keepsake booklet playing up Royal Caribbean’s cruising heritage and community spirit. Pitched broadcast and print media. Scheduled live TV and radio appearances. The ship left the dock right, and it’s been sailing smoothly since.
Anchored by a rich heritage, Royal Caribbean and sister company Celebrity Cruises offer a portal of opportunity. Whatever the challenge – from a relocation to a new location – the family feel remains.
