Creative exercises such as word- and visual-mapping and the joint development of target personas helped us drill into insights for the company and its myriad products. The new brand efficiently and effectively communicates the company’s core competencies and how PDSMED helps doctors spend less time managing records and business practices and more time providing quality patient care. The rebranding includes a new name, identity and masterbrand platform with subbrands, brand voice, visual style and marketing materials. It brings the family of products into alignment with a cohesive visual vocabulary appropriate for both the medical and tech industries. Smart services need equally savvy branding and marketing. We provided this while keeping the brand approach simple, intuitive and easy to navigate – similar to the PDSMED systems themselves. The strategic new brand plays out across multiple marketing channels: website, sales materials, stationary package, specialty products, tradeshow booth and social media.
