Project Manager
Employee Type: Contract
Hours: 27/week, 9-4 Monday-Thursday with 1-hour lunch and 9-12 on Friday.
In the office, Tues-Thurs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management for Assigned Clients
- Creation of project estimates, proposals, and schedules
- Production coordination with vendors
- Guide team to complete projects on time, within the scope, and within budget
- Work with resourcing to ensure projects are appropriately staffed and aligned with the company schedule
- Provide guidance on billing including oversight of ad spend billing
Digital Support
- Support team with marketing automation campaign development
- Support our Digital Strategist with quarterly metrics report development
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, analytics, and applications
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of project management experience – websites, landing pages, email campaigns, print production, social media management, paid media management, public relations, CMS integration (HubSpot/Salesforce), marketing automation, and metrics – preferably in an agency environment (aviation experience a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external audiences at all levels
- Strong analytical abilities
- Attention to detail
- Effective in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Experience in setting up marketing automation campaigns (MailChimp, HubSpot)
- Working knowledge of WordPress content management system.
- Understanding of marketing analytics using Google Analytics, GA4, and social media insight tools.
- Working knowledge of ad management systems (Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube)
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Experience with the creative design processes
- Passion for technology projects and working in a digital agency environment
