Hours: 27/week, 9-4 Monday-Thursday with 1-hour lunch and 9-12 on Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management for Assigned Clients

  • Creation of project estimates, proposals, and schedules
  • Production coordination with vendors
  • Guide team to complete projects on time, within the scope, and within budget
  • Work with resourcing to ensure projects are appropriately staffed and aligned with the company schedule
  • Provide guidance on billing including oversight of ad spend billing

Digital Support

  • Support team with marketing automation campaign development
  • Support our Digital Strategist with quarterly metrics report development
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, analytics, and applications

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of project management experience – websites, landing pages, email campaigns, print production, social media management, paid media management, public relations, CMS integration (HubSpot/Salesforce), marketing automation, and metrics – preferably in an agency environment (aviation experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external audiences at all levels
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Experience in setting up marketing automation campaigns (MailChimp, HubSpot)
  • Working knowledge of WordPress content management system.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics using Google Analytics, GA4, and social media insight tools.
  • Working knowledge of ad management systems (Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube)
  • Knowledge of project management tools
  • Experience with the creative design processes
  • Passion for technology projects and working in a digital agency environment
