Jen Gore
Jen Gore can turn around a hot project in a day or shepherd a complex, multiphased assignment through the agency over the course of many months.

Recently, she spent more than a year working one-on-one with business owners and community leaders in an area of Wichita long targeted for revitalization. Greteman Group developed branding, public relations, environmental graphics, a detailed marketing plan and comprehensive website for what became known as Nomar International.

Jen spent considerable time in the largely Hispanic neighborhood, conducting one-on-one interviews, organizing Town Hall meetings, generating trilingual questionnaires, directing community workshops and meeting with numerous organizations representing disparate agendas. Discovery for the project required survey research, historic documentation, urban planning and architectural design; Jen played a vital role keeping it all on track and on time. Participants were lavish in their praise of her ability to pull diverse interests and personalities together to work toward the goal of a cohesive, culturally vibrant district. Her outgoing personality, creative solutions and consensus building resulted in a smooth process and successful outcomes.

She’s equally at ease negotiating media buys at home and abroad as Greteman Group’s resident media planner. In addition to her account service duties, Jen manages print buys for clients such as FlightSafety International, Signature Flight Support and Dallas Airmotive. More than once she’s used her Spanish skills to overcome language barriers and forge a favorable deal for a client.

Jen often draws on her gregarious nature to add punch to an assignment. She first caught our attention as a member of the Moo Crew, a college group we created to do guerilla marketing for the Kansas State Fair. With Jen supplying a good share of the energy, the crew organized a variety of attention-grabbing activities, including cow-patty tosses, eating contests and a car bash – not all at the same time, she notes.

Before joining us, she spent years honing her business knowledge and customer-service skills in retail management. That hands-on experience combines with her other strengths to make her the perfect match for special events – ask her about Sun ’n Fun or EAA AirVenture.

When she’s not working on a marketing plan, a rebranding campaign for clients such as Saint by Sarah Jane, or speaking to a publication rep in Puerto Rico, Jen enjoys sketching at home or exploring new types of ethnic cuisine.
