Deanna Harms
People open up to Deanna. Senators, sports figures, Fortune 500 CEOs. They tell her their stories. And know she will retell them well. One notoriously impatient three-time Formula One world champion spent hours with her, describing his philosophy of winning -- on the track and in business.

With a strong background in journalism and public relations, Deanna writes feature articles, annual reports and just about everything in between. Connecting with people, learning about them, is just one of the joys of her job. Her primary role as vice president is to oversee account management of Greteman Group's clients and develop targeted marketing and public relations campaigns for them -- crafting a strategy to meet the client's challenge.

As Greteman Group has evolved from a design firm to a full-service agency, Deanna has served an integral role. Providing counsel. Managing growth. Offering solutions. She and Sonia bounce ideas off one another constantly -- whether they're on a jet at 45,000 feet or grabbing a quick lunch in Wichita's Old Town.

She's also a great mom. Her daughters have turned out as well as any parent could ever hope. Probably has something to do with the way they grew up. They still laugh about the time Deanna read Roald Dahl's The Witches to a classroom full of children, who gaped in wonder as she did all the voices.

Deanna's love of writing comes from growing up in a town of only 300 in central Missouri. She and her brother and two sisters were the only children in town. There was no library, so a visit by the Bookmobile was a rare treat. She recalls reading slowly, tasting and savoring each word in order to make the books last until the next visit.

She still reads slowly, enjoying each book like a good glass of wine. Only now she is able to fill her shelves with books, the classics of great literature. Time is too precious to squander on something fleeting.
