Robert shoulders the normal brand-building, relationship-advancing, project-coordination duties of an account service person along with helping clients understand their website analytics, populate their Facebook pages, tease story angles on Twitter and shoot video blogs for YouTube. Think Swiss-Army-knife. In designer duds.

Robert learned much of what he knows about people and the world as an operations specialist aboard the USS Oak Hill. After leaving the Navy (with a commendation medal), he studied advertising at the Institute of Technology in NY, then transferred to Wichita State’s Elliott School of Communication (graduating with honors). Robert continues his globe-traversing travels and learning all he can about today’s brave new world of marketing. Yes, sir.
