“I’m not a baby-step kind of guy. I’ve grown by taking leaps,” says Greteman’s marketing chief. When he came to us from a Colorado-based company, we were impressed that Kevin, an avid runner, golfer, and all-round athlete, was willing to leap from the mountains to the Air Capital’s potentially even higher altitudes.

While Kevin started his career in sports broadcasting, he says, “I didn’t want to be a talking head. I prefer the handshake that can change a life or a career.” So, he teamed his marketing talent with his communication skills to partner in a successful corporate
recruiting venture.
